Return and Refund Policies

Although we do our best to provide you with the best products from the start, there may be situations in which you need to return a product. This may include a product with manufacturing defects, shipping damage, or you simply decide you want a different model. We have carefully crafted our shipping policy to provide a fair environment for returns.


RMA Time

Within the first 30 days of receiving your order, if you are not satisfied with the product(s) you received, you may contact one of our customer service representatives who will be happy to provide you with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number for your unused product. It is in resalable condition (in its original undamaged packaging). This RMA number is valid for 30 days from its creation. Any return received without a valid RMA number may not be accepted.

 

Fee

Due to expenses incurred by our company with the return process and fees charged to us by third party vendors as well as our credit card processor, we charge a minimum 15% restocking fee on all returned unused products. Some manufacturers charge an additional restocking fee for special orders or items or items shipped from their warehouse. We will try to negotiate on your behalf with the manufacturer to reduce or eliminate these charges (if they occur).


Eligibility

Equipment and supplies that have been used, manufactured, or custom modified are not returnable due to product liability issues.


DOA equipment

Devices that are DOA (Dead on Arrival) are not subject to restocking charges. We will assist you to ensure that your equipment is brought in properly or that it is replaced by an identical product as soon as possible without you incurring any unnecessary expense.


Freight Charges

Freight or transportation charges to or from your location are non-refundable unless the shipment was made in error by AG Restaurants.


Refund

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product(s), we will refund the value, less any applicable restocking fee. Purchases made with credit cards will be refunded to the same card used for the original purchase. Items paid for by check, money order, or cash will be refunded through a checking company. Equipment that has been modified, damaged, or used by the buyer will not be refunded and the product must be returned to the buyer.
